Ykhoa discovered his passion for fitness when he began weight training in his sophomore year of college. Originally from Vietnam, he graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Kinesiology. During his studies at UNCG, Ykhoa was a student trainer in the HOPE program where he worked with a clinical population. He continued his clinical experience with an internship at Elite Performance Chiropractic as an Exercise Physiologist, teaching and prescribing rehab exercises. Ykhoa is also a successful competitive bodybuilder in the OCB men’s physique division where he won first place at his first show. A personal trainer and a competitor, Ykhoa knows firsthand how to transform a body into a work of art. Whether to lose pounds and inches, gain muscle and strength, or just get healthy, he passionately pushes each client to reach their goals.
