Class Overview

Take your fitness to the next level! Barbell experience is recommended in this class. Classes are 60 minutes in length and are appropriate for intermediate to advanced individuals. Each class has a mobility training, strength training and metabolic conditioning. All movements can be scaled to your ability. Classes are programmed by Will Powell.
