Moderate Group Fitness

Class Overview

Focus on moderate to high intensity work, which includes mobility, strength and cardiovascular improvement using mostly bodyweight. Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are appropriate for beginning to intermediate individuals. These classes are taught by Jessica Powell of Fitness Zone, on Mondays at 7:00 and Thursday at 6:00.
